Hibiscus Midnight Marvel #2

Glossy black-red buds open to 8-9" scarlet red flowers. Deep wine-purple, maple-like foliage. Does best in evenly moist soil. Keeping plants watered will result in larger flowers and lush foliage. It needs to be grown in full sun to achieve the darkest foliage color. Very late to emerge in spring. Relatively compact habit, 4' tall x 4 1/2' wide.
